Recommended uses:
Bath – In 1/4 cup bath salts, use 3-5 drops of essential oil.
Diffuse – Add 10-12 drops of essential oil to diffuser, as desired.
Inhale – Place 1-2 drops on your hands, rub them together, and inhale.
Mist – Use 8-10 drops with 1 oz. carrier, water, or Plant Derived Minerals. Add to bottle, shake, and spray.
Topical – Add 2-3 drops of essential oil to 1 tsp. carrier or 5 drops in shampoo and apply as needed.
